Beat me, Hurt me, TaeBo

What made me think my old fat butt could do Taebo just like Angie? Thank you Angie !!! You made it sound so easy and so fun, I couldn’t wait to try for myself. Now I am standing up and typing this post because the second time I kicked my leg out to the side like I knew what I was doing, I got a cramp in my fluffy BUTT! I have never had a cramp in my butt before. I know this means I need to be doing a whole lot more than just sitting on it like I have been doing. So since I cant sit down I guess I’ll limp over to the frig and get some ice cream I mean ice water !!!!!!!

    Get the water and back away from the fridge! LOL! Don’t forget that angela loves her TaeBo cuz Angela loves her some Billy! :) You can do it Dee! I know you can!

    ha ha ha reminds me if my 1st taekwon-do class a few years ago. Couldnt walk properly for days after it…d.ef couldnt go up or down stairs!

    But I persevered and it’s the best thing I ever did. All my best friends are from the club, and I even met my lovely boyfriend there!

    Stick with it Dee….it’s well worth it.

    P.s That Billy fellas not bad to look at either :wink:

    awwwwww haha, your poor ass!! maybe start building up your fitness level and then go for it again. don’t give up all together, think how proud you will be when you can say how easy you find it!

    and keep away from the icecream! it isn’t worth it! lol x

    Build up gradually , and you can do anything! Angie wasn’t built in a day. :)

    Well, if it was me, I would be eating the ice cream. I like TaeBo, I’m not exactly graceful when doing it. And I do on occasion yell at the people in the video, especially that blonde that counts off out loud for everyone. Like they couldn’t quietly count to 8 all by themselves.

    haha it’s ok Dee, it’s one of those things you need to work up to. I started using Billy’s boot camp and started out doing 20 minutes and adding 5 minutes on each week. Don’t be so hard on yourself! Not everything will work for everyone, I have stopped using Billy and moved on to Walk Away the Pounds which is much more my pace and I am seeing results. Have a good weekend!
